Preform
Stepping System
Servo motor-driven preform stepping makes it much speedy and stable,and shortens the production cycle time, greatly improve production efficiency.And our special design can perfectly solve the preform-blocked and preform abrasion problem.
Heating
System
This machine uses servo motor for precise rotary heating system. The preforms (neck up) rotate 360 degrees continuously while heated in the oven with paratactic collocation, allowing more preforms to be heated in the same space. This boosts efficiency and saves over 60% in energy. The preform transfer system ensures high-speed, accurate handling and thorough & even preform heating.Bottles are easier to be shaped, and the finished bottle appearance and thickness uniformity are better,especially for the extremely low and extremely high gram weight of bottle without any strengthening ribs
Preform Lifting System
The preform lifting servo motor avoids air turbulence, improving both stability and speed,compared with traditional air preform lifting system
Pitch Change
System
This mechanism changes pitch distance with a servo motor, to ensure high speed and accurate preform handling.Our special pitch change system is characterized by higher stability,less power consumption,longer lifespan and easier maintenance.
Clamping
System
The mold clamping mechanism:two servo motors are adopted to fulfill the reciprocating up and down of the two hinge mechanisms on both sides of the mold. The servo motor driven mold movement mechanism is designed and created upon rigid engineering simulation analysis,balanced force,faster,higher precision,longer lifespan,which ensures mold motions are simple, accurate, consistent and speedy, with cycle time 0.3~0.5 seconds.
Stretching
System
The stretching rods are driven by a servo motor all at once, which ensures the synchronicity of the rods motion and makes it easier to do adjustment prior to production. Servo motor driven stretching system (Down stretching and blowing), more conducive to the forming of the bottle bottom, bottle blowing effect is better.
